From 120km-150km the charge is $250 (This corresponds to the
South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne)
From 150km-200km the charge is $320 (This corresponds to the
Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne), and then an additional
$55 for each bracket of 50km above that.
