There are many causes for these types of problems. We have a range of diagnostic and recovery tools to find out what the problem is and fix it. We can also test hardware to see if there are issues.

If it is at all possible, provide us with the information that can allows us to make a quick diagnosis to save you money. Things like:
What changes have been made recently before which the problem did not occur? This can be new hardware, new software, or malware, such as pop-ups appearing.
What are the sequences which trigger the crash?

We can repair existing installations of Windows or if it is corrupted beyond repair we can:
• Back-up all your data
• Reformat the hard disk
• Install the appropriate version of Windows
• Install all appropriate driver software
• Install all applications you previously had
• Restore data onto the new installation of Windows

If any hardware is found to be faulty we will provide you with a quote before going ahead. We can also suggest upgrading of hardware if it is appropriate.
